AREPAS THE GOOD DIAS OF A GOOD VENEZUELAN.

A beautiful tradition that will last in time. Today I woke up early and went to buy yellow corn dough and cheese from telita to prepare arepas for the family. It is not difficult to perform them, you only need:
Cornmeal
Water
Salt
And to accompany them a good cheese, which is the traditional.
Mix the One cup of corn flour in two cups of water, and mixes so that you get homogeneous without lumps, you add salt to taste and little by little you add corn flour until you get a mixture, smooth, homogeneous and not I know that it adheres to the hands.
Once this is done, proceed to make balls and then flatten them with your hands in order to obtain a corn tortilla approximately one centimeter thick.
Heat a frying pan you anoint a little d oil and place your arepas in the same wait a few minutes to be well roasted, let it toast the other side and you have your rich Venezuelan arepas, you open them in half with a knife table you spread a bit of butter add cheese and in addition to this you prepare a good cup of coffee nergo to accompany them.

AREPAS LOS BUENOS DIAS DE UNA BUEN VENEZOLANO.
No hay nada mejor en este mundo que unas buenas arepas Venezolanas con cuyo aroma a maiz asado con un buen queso llanero acompañado de una buena taza de cafe despierta a venezuela mañana tras mañana, no solo es un plato tipico de nuestra tierra si no un simbolo de amor que se acompaña de buenos recuerdos, de esa figura materna que dia tras dia se levantaba a tempranas horas para tenerte tu arepita antes de irte al colegio, universidad o trabajo. Una hermosa tradicion que durara en el tiempo. Hoy desperte temprano fui a comprar masa de maiz amarillo y queso de telita para prepar arepas para la familia. No es dificil realizarlas solo necesitas de:
Harina de maiz
Agua
Sal
Y para acompañarlas un buen queso, que es lo tradicional.
Mezclas la Una taza de harina de maiz en dos tazas de agua, y mezclas a manera de que te quede homogeneo sin grumos, le agregas sal al gusto y poco a poco vas agregando harina de maiz hasta obtener una mezcla, suave, homogenea y no se que adhiera a las manos.
Una vez realizado esto procedes a hacer bolitas y luego a aplanarlas con tus manos a manera de obtener una tortilla de maiz de un centimetro de espesor aproximadamente.
Calientas una sarten le untas un poco d aceite y colocas tus arepas en la misma esperas unos minutos que se toste bien las volteas, dejas que se toste el otro lado y listo tienes tus ricas arepas venezolanas, las abres a la mitad con un cuchillo de mesa les untas un poco de mantequilla agregas el queso y adicional a esto te preparas una buena taza de cafe nergo para acompañarlas.
No puede faltar el buen carisma al momento de prepararlas y si al momento de la elaboracion de las mismas haces ese ruidito al momento de formar las tortilas ( pas pas pas ) PERFECTO ERES UN BUEN VENEZOLANO o en su defecto ya eres experto haciendo arepas venezolanas.
Esta es una receta que ha perdurado al pasar de los años en nuestra tierra y que a atravesado fronteras dejando en alto nuestra rica tierra.
Arepas mmm sinonimo de tradicion, amor, familia y carisma. Sin mas nada que decir se despide un BUEN VENEZOLANO.
