What do you say to make a delicious cake with the puffed, puffed pears? Of course, it does not have to be the pears that have been faced with softening and darkening. In this recipe you can also use pears that you just bought.
Materials
- 3 medium sized pears
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of water Milk
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 cup of water + 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 sweet spoon butter
First of all, we set the oven to 180 degrees in the sub-top baking setting (without fan) for heating.
After thoroughly oiling the silicone cake mold with 1 teaspoon butter, sprinkle 2 tablespoons powder sugar on the base.
Peel the shells of the pears and clean them in half a month.

When the liquid mixture is ready, add 2 cups of flour, 1 packet of baking soda and 1 packet of vanilla to one edge and stir well.

We cook in the heated oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
