The art of sculpture has been around for centuries, their statues made not only for a particular occasion, but also to prove the existence of the artist or the sculptor himself. Among the results of these artists, there are some very familiar to many people even though the person is not a fan of art. Here are 10 most famous sculptures in the world. What we are talking about here is about the sculpture of a traditional sculpture shaped as a whole human. Not like Moai, Sphinx and something like that. 1. Discobolus

"The Discus Thrower" or simply known as "Discobolus", is a sculpture sculpture produced in 460-450 BC. Describes someone who wants to throw a disc. Discobolus is made by the sculptor Myron, one of the masterpieces of Classical Greek art in the 5th century BC. 2. Terracotta Army

"Terra Cotta Warriors and Horse" or Terracotta Army is a collection of clay carvings depicting the army of Qin Shi Huang, the first Chinese emperor. These sculptures were discovered by local farmers in 1974 in Shaanxi province, China. The purpose of this sculpture is used to be placed in the king's tomb after he died.

The number of sculptural sculptures found were 8,000 soldiers, 130 chariots, 520 horses and 150 horsemen. This discovery eventually became one of China's most valuable tourist attractions.

3. Manneken Pis

It is a sculpture of bronze statue placed at the crossroads of the Rue de l'Etuve with Rue des Chene, Brussels, Belgium. The result of a Brussels sculptor named Hieronimus Duguesnoy. Describes a small child who is urinating into a fountain pool.
