About JK Rowling
Joanne Kathleen Rowling was born on July 31, 1965 in Yate, North Gloucestershire, England with her father named Peter James Rowling and her mother Anne Rowling. Rowling had liked writing since she was a child. As a child, Rowling wrote many fantasy stories.
Rowling has a younger sister who is two years younger than her named Dianne Rowling. A few years after she was born, Rowling and her family moved to Winterbourne village.
