"A Loving Earth" (Original Content)

Hello to all friends, here I am again with another of my beloved paintings, as is customary today I bring you a drawing of Chinese lilies, but in a totally different way than what I usually do.

This drawing can be seen,that I did it with paintings and not with Chinese ink, mainly the cold paints and one other watercolor paintings.

MATERIALS THAT I USED

1.I used two brushes, one thick for the lilies and one finite for the firm (These are special brushes for China ink).

2.I used pure Chinese ink, cold and watercolor paintings.

3.I used a white cardboard.

4.I used a paperweight to prevent the cardboard from moving.

5.I used 3 containers to dilute the Chinese ink, to have several shades.

6.I used a felt to avoid staining the surface where it is made.

DRAWING PROGRESS

STEP 1:

The first thing I did was to paint the surface where the lilies would be, that is, the lawn. This I did with cold green paint and with some touches of red paint and black ink.

STEP 2:

In this step, I painted the sky of the painting, with a watercolor blue a little more diluted than it normally is, so that the sky would not be so blue.

STEP 3:

Then in this step, I painted the lilies with two shades of green, one pure green and another green with yellow, to give the effect that the leaves are drying.

STEP 4:

In this step, I proceeded to paint the lilies their respective flowers, with a red paint for the petals of the flower and black ink for the branch that holds the flower.

STEP 5:

Finally, in this step, i added a phrase in Chinese to the painting, which means "A Loving Earth" and is close to the lilies. Also i signed my work with my name in Chinese, which means "Ricardo" and is near the limits of the page.
