I created these decalcomania textures with oil paints on top of a gesso panel. At the moment I am working with a white casein and practicing the art of surrendering and letting go, bringing forth what is already there rather than trying to control it too much. I really love this method, reflecting in this way, and I am excited to do some glazing next!
