Here is a quick sketch sketch I made in between other things. I like the drawing but I'm not really happy with the coloring. I want to redo this in gouache, to see if it turns out any better.

Gah, so cute. If you don't like the colors, you could always scan it into a photo application and play around withe the curve and hue settings. I think it's lovely, though :)

Thanks! I was referring mostly to my technique with the colored pencils. Correcting it in Photoshop is the next best thing I suppose. I'M gonna do a digital version of this to compare the result of both images .

I think the technique is nice. All the hatching makes it extra fun :). However you complete the piece, it'll be adorbs :P
