So I hope you didn’t mind me showing you a picture of me puking yesterday.

I know it can be kinda yucky, but purging is a normal and important part of life. We all need to release those things that hold us back, which keep us sick, in order to create the room to become our potential. So here some vomit art for ya, haha.

I painted this in Vienna last November as I was going through a depression, and used it to identify my shadow, my negative aspects, my tricky mind, my fear, pain, insecurities, etc. At the time I was uncertain if all that energy could be embodied as some form of entity and also wondered if I could eject that being somehow. In the painting I just allowed him to purge himself, so he could get weaker. And this is the work I’ve been doing the past months with natures powerful medicines, purging all that accumulated darkness little by little, weakening that demon. At the risk of sounding too overconfident, I believe I finally released a big nasty entity that was hiding in me for a while. I feel so much lighter, happier n care-free today I can’t stop smiling.

Funny story, the practitioner who did the kambo treatment on me, felt that something got into him after I had my final release. He even felt it attacking his heart a bit after, as we attended a group sound healing session. Fortunately he did a San Pedro ceremony later that night and was able to get rid of it right away. I’m just happy it ain’t in me anymore! You can take all these things I say with as many grains of salt as you want, but personally I’ve had a lot of experience/evidence about disembodied entities in my life. Everything in this world is vibrating energy and the accumulation of certain frequencies of that can have consciousness of their own. I know this personal belief will invite my haters to make fun of me, but fuck it, I believe what I believe n it doesn’t matter if anybody else agrees, haha.
