Quito's Madonna, El Panecillo

I ran out of posters to put on my wall. One day I just saw a white canvas and decided to draw my hometown, Quito Ecuador.

The statue on the volcanic hill is of the Apocalyptic Virgin Mary, build in 1976 by Spanish artist Agustín de la Herrán Matorras.

Quito's Madonna watches over the city.
