My daughter's "Steampunk Cowboy Hat"

My 4 year old daughter wanted to be a steampunk cowboy for Halloween a couple years ago. Being the foamsmith, I made her this little piece to wear, including some battle damage to expose the inside gears and wires. She loved it!

All crafting foam, except the gear parts (3D printed ABS), shoelaces (obviously) and wiring (old speaker wires). Even the belt is made of foam!
