Hello!
We continue to study the basics of creating fractals in the program Jux v2.1. In the last lesson, we started looking at the Lighting tab. The next sub-tab InSet.

It contains only three parameters. The first parameter can be selected in the drop-down list:

It is noticeable that the coloring of the area between the main pattern of the fractal changes.

  • Depth * affects the intensity of the color:

Material apparently also something should influence, but I did not change anything in the drawing.

Next underlay Exterior:

Here you can also select the type of staining from the drop-down list:

Intensity Depth:

Texture gives a bump to the image:

Power - affects the shadows:

The Mid option adds a balance between the texture and the shadows:

Ripples (ripples) only works with non-zero Texture and Power values:

Freq (frequency) makes the image striped:
