So I've discovered a new art technique (well, new for me) that I really enjoy! I use what's called a Gelli Plate https://www.gelliarts.com/ and I create patterns with paint on paper. I cut pieces out which become my mosaic "tiles" and glue them onto a wood canvas and VIOLA!
Here's my very first creation called "Swimming Toward the Light"...
It's a bit of a challenge taking good photos of art pieces but I think the colors match fairly close to the original. Thanks for looking and I hope you like it!
