From time to time people ask me to paint for them. Currently I am working on dog painting for a colleague. It's not not finished yet but I am quite enjoying the process.
I keep getting dog commissions which I find quite amusing as I had never had to paint a dog before until about two years ago. Now it's all I seem to paint.
I was taught never to use black in painting as it flattens an image. I use purples and blues instead to give depth.
I have a degree in art but I still feel I have a lot to learn to develop my practice further.
