This is an artistic creation i created using Gimp Editor and some plug-ins. The photo is real but the object is to make it look like a cartoon. I had to do some tweaking but this turn out nice!
basic 4 tone blues for the sky with a 4 tone brown for the land with dark highlights. I think next time I'm going to use more tones but I don't want to take away from the cartoon look.
