My left brain needed a rest so I made this

Although it's not intentional, I seem to be spending too much time using my left brain just recently and occasionally need to balance it up with a little creativity from my right side.

So for a bit of change, I decided to explore the world of fractals.

It's always been an interest of mine and not from the mathematical perspective, but rather from a visual one.

Fractals can be visually appealing, and even more amazing when you discover they are just made from numbers.

So to kickstart this series off I've created a simple gif from a series of 3D fractal images. And in the future, I aim to create some longer fractal animations, but that's going to take a long time to render, so don't hold your breath.

It's a work in progress so enjoy the journey.
