Bio armour

in art •  7 years ago

Years ago the University of Wyoming developed a way to incorporate spiders silk-spinning genes into goats,
They can take the silk protein from the goats milk and make a strong material for various purposes including bullet proof vests which got me thinking about growing armour or modifying our genes to become better at certain things.

Materials used were Staedtler mars black and Faber-Castel pastel pencils for the eyes.
A5 size.
