Flowers of Evil

Good morning Steemians, first of all I must say that I am not an artist like many on this platform, I do not consider having art in me, however after seeing this flower and its meaning I wanted to draw it but implementing my feeling of anxiety

The meaning of the drawing is simple, at least for me, the flower itself represents the evil, but in my case the anxiety, the same as I felt at the moment I made it, the eye always watching you, watching you In each moment in case you make a mistake, watching every move you give for when you take a false step drag you with their multiple hands that protrude from it.

However at the end of the drawing I realized that something was missing, so I thought to put a kind of barrier that represents confidence, preventing the flower's hands from passing and lead you to anxiety

The only way the flower will catch you will be when you finally lose confidence, dropping the barrier for yourself and letting the flower have you.

  As I did the drawing:

1: First I made the stem and the flower and I was adding the details of the eye.

2:   Review the lines to further define the details by darkening them and add the sheets.

3:  Add the hands and the original flower name.

4:   Add the barrier in representation to self-confidence by not letting the hands of the flower of evil pass.

As the last contribution of today, I leave the closing song of the anime where this flower appears, please listen it, it will be the most disturbing song you will ever hear, and the curious thing about this is not a song in itself, it is a poem written by Charles Baudelaire for the book that bears the same name of this series:
