After we awaken into our own power, purpose and divine value (part 1), the next step on the path to enlightenment/understanding is to understand that other selves are mirrors of our own being. This extends to people, plants, objects ... anything outside of oneself. To know that we are interconnected with everything around us, that everything and everyone is of equal divine value to ourselves because they are us and we are them in different physical form, is the goal of this step toward total understanding.
