Story tellers with art

Sometime i wonder where the inspiration behind most artistic works comes from.
Can't help but get wowed at this masterpiece by an indonesian chap in Jepera( central java) indonesia.

Storytelling through art has been a long time practice by sculptors or artist in ancient time and modern sculptor are no exemption.

Much of the best illustration work of art tells stories to engage viewers and convey their meaning. Here leading illustrators reveal their favourite narrative techniques, such as;
1.Looking beyond the climax.
which are for illustrations directly on another narrative, such as a newspaper article or book cover. sometimes one is inclined to illustrate the defining moment of the story or of the main character in the story, depicting the climax for more drama and effectiveness.

2.See from another perspective.
More also It is very important to challenge ones self with different perspective, scale and how your subjects interact with one another. And this can be done When sketching by producing at least three different roughs that will make into more developed sketches. After which you den decide on a final composition.
