Illustrator, After Effects, StudioMax. Best I could do under the time requirements :D

You are already a 3d guy, so may be easiest to learn 3dmax. I took an overpriced course online, it wasn't that great XD
Blender can do most of what 3dmax can do - and it's FREE!!!
Illustrator is the easiest of the three, many tutorials on youtube
