Good morning with the hedgehog ^_^

A little sweet hedgehog to say you "Good morning!"!

This small animal is full of spines, but I have to say that he has a very funny faces and inspire me tenderness ^_^

When I lived on the mountains close to my city, I've often watched them and, sometimes, I take one of this in my hands (using mittens to save my hands from his spines ^_^)

The hedgehog is a nocturnal animal and the spines are just a defense for him, as the ability to roll himself into a ball ^_^

A curiosity: this animal sometimes do a ritual called "anointing", he can copy and past a new scent on his spines using his tongue!

You're right! As you I find enjoyment to think about this. Maybe even if we all appreciate the digital world, there is something that we can find just on the "old school" ^_^
