I started using Prismacolor markers when I was in High school. They create the most consistent color if they aren't drying out and they bleed together really well.

I don’t think I’ve ever used Prismacolor markers. Do you recommend picking up a set? I’m amazed at the color blending you have going on in the fish. Great work!

for sure but I'd actually go to the art store and simply get them individually. They have a ton of different tones so you're better to get colors that work well together
