"On The Coosa" a watercolor by (slowdancer58)

This is one of my favorite fishing spots.Before the water level was dropped it was nothing to pull out 25 pound Pike or a 12 pound large mouth bass,I'm not kidding: people used to cast with OCEAN lures into that bubbling frothy water! It's a favorite with kayakers seeking a little thrill,which has kinda cut into the fishing, but it is free water for all.This was painted from a photo taken on one of many fishing trips. I keep a pole rigged up in the corner and look forward to getting back there after a nice heavy rain.
