Well we finished up work early today. Really early. Like, I was done work before I finished my first coffee.

Only thing was, it was cold and rainy all day.
Because of the rain I didn't really feel like doing anything outside, even though there is no snow where I'm at...... for now; we will get snow tomorrow. I spent the day lazing around my room drawing. I didn't have any clue what to draw today. I've been kind of coming up empty trying to think of something. So while I was surfing a little bit on Steemit, I noticed @nateaguila's post today with some web resources to check out.

I checked out Pexels.com from his post and decided to grab a couple of photos to see if I could get some inspiration from them. I grabbed 4 landscape images to make a weird kind of background, and then I grabbed this girl and mashed all the photos together into a rough layout.
And then, using the magic of the Apple Pencil, I came up with this...
By the time I finished, it was still raining. I headed out for some supper and then I went and watched some of the guys I'm working with play in a hockey tournament. When I got back, still raining. So I also created a speed painting video and a little tune to go with it. It's been a pretty slow day, that's for sure.
I really enjoy those speed-painting videos and watching your art come together. Looks like a great way to spend a crappy day. I'm sure I've said before that if you enjoy what you are doing, and I can tell by your art that you sure do, then the time is not wasted. Keep them coming.
