Matchsticks art - 714 matchsticks used to make the Twitter Logo - The blue bird!

in art •  8 years ago

We all know how the Twitter logo looks, so I made it from 714 matchsticks, individually glued on blue cardboard. I hope you guys like my Steemart for today.

Enjoy the process!

Using the cardbord to glue the matchsticks on, I first made a pencil drawing of the Twitter logo. I am using the drawing as reference. This is a slow process making sure the matches are perfectly straight.

 The supplies that I used:

  • matchsticks
  • glue gun
  • cardboard
  • pencil

After I finish this blue bird, it disappeared. Maybe will tweet you, if not, I will tweet you! If you see it, please retweet it back!

Thanks a lot!

I was just about to suggest doing a video (perhaps in slow motion) of it going up in flames, but it looks like @kryptik already made that suggestion.

I know that all your hard word would go up in flames, but you could get a great payout. - Maybe make a FACEBOOK logo and torch that.

You'd be almost guaranteed a great payout around here.

Nice work once again!

Thank you very much for the suggestion and the great feedback. I will think about it and maybe I will do it!

You're welcome, and please let me know if you do!

Yes, I will let you know man don't worry!

Now light it on fire.

I will think about it!
