Do you care what others think? I sometimes do. We try to change our habits to conform to what others think we should act like. Caring what others think can have positives and negatives. The positives can be the fact that others make us strive to work harder and become the best version of ourselves we can be. On the other hand though, caring about what others think can lead us down a path where we make bad choices to fit in or try to impress others. Today, I want you to begin the process of transitioning to your better self. A version of you that thinks for yourself and makes decisions on your standards not someone else's standards. Break the status quo and try something new! The best version of yourself can be achieved when you are totally focused on making yourself better and making choices based on what you think and what matters to you. The change starts today.
