Happy Thursday!!

How are we all Being today? How is your week flowing? Time is flying for us here in The Forest ~ but we are making sure that through it all, we are staying conscious, breathing and embracing each minute for the Sacred Sixty Seconds that each of them are. We know all too well that sometimes it's easy to get caught up in whatever gets kicked up in our lives, so it's important to us to Honor the Present Moment for what it is; a Divine Gift.

It sure is looking like a great day for a hike (isn't every day!) After getting some work done around the house, garden & forest, we will be getting our Nature Therapy on for sure :) I am always excited to appreciate the fresh air, meet new tree beings and spend some time with forest life of all kinds. I will be sharing pictures shortly from yesterday's adventure :)
