A domesticated animal eats processed, packaged food that tastes a little like what it might find in the wild It relies on a man to feed him A comfortable, ineffective life
Wild animals don’t need men There is a natural order set up to feed them The wild animal eats real food Straight from the source Sometimes the heart is still beating No apologies In the wild only fruitful creatures survive
It’s almost impossible to introduce a domesticated animal to the wild, but this Spirit has taken painstaking measures to put the wild back into me It would be easier to start with something wild but it loves me It hasn’t overlooked me I think I’m hungry for something real.
Now we kill what we eat
Flesh in our teeth
Warm breath on our feet
From the prey that will soon be our treat
