Fractal Animation

in art •  6 years ago  (edited)

Finally getting around to trying fractal animations made in Mandelbulb3D. It's fun - and very simple! :D Just click the 'Animations' button in the top left corner of Mandelbulb3D. When you 'Calculate3D' on your image and you're happy with it, click the 'insert actual parameter in this keyframe' button, and your render will be inserted into that keyframe. Then, tweak the formula or change the camera, 'Calculate 3D' again, and when it's done, click the same button in the animation window to save the render into a new keyframe. The program will automagically fill in the frames between the two keyframes. :)
