Finger painting artist Vanessa Moreno was asked to paint a tribute to fallen K-9 Officer Sultan who was shot and killed in the line of duty.

Vanessa felt horrible for the K9 Dog and being that it happened In her home town made it tougher. She decided to video a painting of Sultan because the officer reminded Vanessa of her German Shepard named Princess.
