Hello fellow Steemians, here’s my entry for today’s “Ashart Contest Day 5 - Theme : I Wish.” Well dear friends, I can’t say I ever wish for anything, instead I pray. And if I pray, I know what I ask for, I shall receive, but only if it is in God’s plans for me. And if I don’t get it, than I know it’s not meant to be, it’s not part of His plans for me, and I trust completely that God will make the right decisions for my life. I just put my prayers out there, and ask Him for what I would like to have for someone else, or for myself, and that’s all, then I trust in Him 100% to do the right thing. And if I don’t get it, then I know that I mustn’t have it, and that there is a reason for it, and usually I always see later, that He was right not to give me what I thought I needed. We can learn through painful experiences sometimes, real profound learning. And sometimes he allows it, it’s for or best interests. You may not think he’s not there, but he is. Sometimes painful experiences, like death, can draw people to God, when asking Him for help. He’s always calling us to join Him, some people listen to there hearts, others don’t. May you seek the Lord and find comfort there.
