I think I know the answer but it would be nice to get some clarification.

When you upvote you can toggle the value of your vote from anything from 1 to 100.
A 100% vote gives you the highest curation rewards and 1% the lowest.

What is the benefit of toggling and changing your upvote from 100%?

Is it just to maintain your Voting power? or is there more to it than that?
