Silencing voices of 'Government servants ' in #assam is a direct violation of " Free Speech " rights and a Fundamental Human Right. If there are such acts which prevents "Freedom of Speech" is in #PSC rules of engagement, then those acts must be removed. Criticizing government IS NOT ACTING AGAINST IT! Freedom of Expression must be protected and is essential in a democratic system. #servants #Freedom
