Most people don't know they have problems. These guys that reach out to you are most likely in a phase of uncertainty.
Look at their copy. Tell then what's bad, or can be improved, then give them an offer.
They got no reason to buy your service if they don't know if they need it.
They reach out to you, so it's mutually beneficial for you both, that you address the pain points.
Don't give them solutions, just put a spotlight on their problems.
Invite them to your group (I hope you have a group) for DIY or give an offer if you think they are ready.
