This natural phenomenon has been photographed on the Hawaiian observatory Keka, at Mount Mauna Kea top. According to astronomers, usually middle latitudes of the Neptune are rather quiet — it is possible to see only small bright clouds. However something surprising was this time observed — the huge cloud "sitting" directly on the equator.
