In contrast, when they are performing an activity that gives them a reward, they are more focused on the action itself, and thus, they are less worried about food.
Basic requirements for human beings include eating, sleeping, and drinking. Each of these requirements has a distinct level and will affect behavior. Inadequate sleep, food, or security are common causes of self-esteem problems. The next level is the social sphere. Psychological requirements come next, while self-actualization is at the top. By understanding what motivates us, we can create healthy and productive relationships. And as long as we understand our basic needs, we can achieve goals.
Humans are motivated to act, and their actions are motivated by these desires. In the work world, managers must be able to inspire workers to focus on their work, as they cannot control human behavior. Motivated workers are able to achieve goals through teamwork. And a happy individual will produce high-quality work. So, motivation is a key to the success of any organization. There's no point in having one employee who doesn't understand the needs of others.
