Australian Storybook Episode 12 - The Opera House

I lived for 6 years in Australia, and it was an amazing time, a time to behold, a time to forever remember.

I have quite a bit of photos from this period, so I am making these series where I am going to post snippets of that adventure.

This is of course the Opera House.

I think this shot is taken from the Manly Ferry.

The Manly Ferry is a ferryboat that goes from Circular Quay to Manly, and you take it like you would take a bus or a train.

Tre trip is fabulous and you can stay either inside or outside on the ferry.

If you stay outside you might get wet, depending on the weather as the ferry is breaking waves.

But it's a lot of fun and a lot of people go to the front deck especially for this, to get wet.

Another cool thing is that there are seagulls that fly "in formation" with the ferry, very cute and very funny.

Needless to say to be able to see from the middle of the water the Sydney Harbor Bridge, the Opera House and Circular Quay, I think few places on Earth compare, if any...
