Kee-n-sertsTM are Keensert** type key locking threaded inserts for OEM and thread repair that provide positive mechanical locking into the parent material by means of external “keys” that are knocked down into the host metal. KEENSERT type inserts have standard ISO Metric, UNC or UNF external threads. This means that KEENSERTS don’t need special tooling. They are simply installed using standard drills and taps.
