With the Soviet Tsar Bomb (1961) as a deterrent, why would the US meddle in Vietnam from 1961–1975, assassinate Soviet-friendly leaders all over the world, including Rumania, and so on? To have had the Tsar Bomb demonstrated, with an explosion that reached the outer stratosphere, to have witnessed that destructive capacity, why continue to provoke and meddle year after year after year after year in the 57 years that have passed since 1961?
