    Oh, they are already leaving if they have the means to? That is really bad for the economy isn't it? I'm sure the ones leaving have some money and those kind are needed to help make the country work.

      Story in today's paper; A man is voted in as a new department minister, he employs his whole family and many close friends as department heads at huge salaries. Not one of them has the qualifications for the posts.

        Yes it sure is. That's what I've heard about the way the government is run down there and obviously one of the reasons for the incredible incompetency.

            That is hard to not get depressed about! I think the economy and infrastructure problems could be turned around rather quickly if honest and honorable people were in charge.
