Avatar experiment

I am a brand new Steemit user and wanted to create an avatar for myself.

One of the posts that I looked at suggested that I could create a Steemit post (this is it) and then include an image that I would like to use as an avatar. Then, once the post is registered in the blockchain, I can reference that URL when setting up my avatar.

So here is my avatar image.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
