4 October 1992, El Al Boeing 747, with a heavy load on board, takes off Schiphol Airport in the direction of the Tel Aviv. A few minutes later, a sudden jolt caused 747 to turn violently to the right.

The pilots managed to bring the damaged aircraft under control, but a moment later, 747 began an uncontrolled turn to the right again and hit an 11-storey flat complex.

This is the crash with the highest number of fatalities in the history of the Netherlands.
