This is something we all can learn a lesson from and really find a lot more happiness utilizing. Getting worked up and stressed out over small things is such a common thing, we all do it, sometimes more than other times, but if you can calm yourself and move through that anger, it becomes obvious that you overreacted and you can even laugh at the situation and realize how silly it all was. I try always to relax when I feel anger or stress and to realize that I will make it through and it will work itself out.
