I would love to appreciate the organizers of this appraisal. 2020 has really been a productive year and it is necessary to appreciate people, when you do this, it encourages them to do more. There is no doubt that the strength and success of Steemit is achieved by the various active communities. There are about 20 activities on steemit community.

For the best author, I would nominate @cancerdoctor. His posts are always direct and straight to the point. His post comes at least every 2 days and when it does has numerous upvote. He is my nomination for this category.
Best Contributor to the Steemit community
Getting nominations for the best contributor to the Steemit community is abit dicey but since it is an open room, I would nominate @greatness96. Am not nominating him because he is my friend, but he has contributed greatly to the Steemit community. Through radio programs, presentation in churches, schools and many more. He succeeded introducing his entire family to Steemit. He has contributed immensely to this community. I have lost count of how many persons he has introduced to Steemit.
Best Community
Though there are about 100 communities on steemit but only about 20 very active communities. Am nominating the @steemfoods community as they have been very active. I have participated on their contest and they have been very consistent on there challenges having over 194 active members.
I realised this post is coming quite late. Am sorry about it. Do well to treat as important. Thank you as I also hope to nominate myself for 2021 awards. I love Steemit.
