Sharing about Unjustice Tradition

I want to share about customary law in my village while in this case I feel something does not fair for women. I said this as customary law bacause this does not national law but tradition in our society. When a man and woman are arrested by the people doing sex without relationship in a marriage, they will be forced to marry and the women will get low portion about 1-2 mayam of pure golds even no portion in a pure gold, she only get something that the man has in his pocket at that time they arrested. If the woman marry in normal condition, she will get high portion at least 20-30 mayam of pure golds. Doing sex without marriage in our society is a fault, so I think if it is a fault why in this case only the woman who got impact of all that fault. (1) lost virginity, (2) got very low portion. So now I am asking about what impact that the man got for doing that fault, no punishment I saw here for him. After doing sex, he can marry with the women with low portion, I see this as a benefit for him after doing the fault. This what I mean no justice in this custom, I can say this from patriarchy. Everybody said that men and women are equal but in the culture of patriarchy, I do not find it. This practice only bring the fault of doing sex without marriage will be more and more rampant. The man who has enough power in a relation with the woman will do that fault with pleasure, because he does not get bad impact after that. And then, if there is a man who loves his girlfriend but he does not has money to give portion to her, I believe that he will pursuade his girlfriend to do that fault even he will ask the people to arrest them to marry the woman without portion. One more time, this custom only bring this fault more rampant. I think this custom should be fixed. How do you think guys about this custom?! Do you agree with this custom or not? Or you agree with me to fix this custom, do you have any suggestion?!
