I use to work as a stevedore and was offered dog meat on various Filipino crewed vessels, of course I never tried it, just couldn't get to do it, on the other hand I did eat horse meat on a Dutch vessel, so I guess it's a matter of cultural differences, I also never tried balut. I am not saying this is bad another culture other values , how can I say what is wrong or right.
