It’s been a huge 6 months since a little member joined our family. When he was born he was 22.048 inch (56 cm) and 9.44 lbs. (4,280 gr). Day by day he is growing up.. In these days he is rolling, shuffling on his bottom, crawling across the room on his arms and having conversation with his toys..
My little one has all teething signs and symptoms that means we are expecting to see his first teeth very soon. First tooth party is very important in our culture and is called “diş buğdayı”. Before giving a party “diş buğdayı” is prepared for relatives, friends and neighbors. Wheat, chickpea and sugar cooked together then added hazelnut, walnut, pomegranate, dried apricots, almonds, and candies. After contributing this dish to loved ones, people get ready for the party.
Extra Info: Whoever (other than mom and dad) sees the first tooth brings golds (quarter, full/big, or bracelet) as a gift.
