The incident took place at her place on Friday evening. A one-year-old baby was immediately transported to the hospital after he was discovered in a running washing machine by his mother.
According to the testimony given by the parent, the brother of the young mother was asked to babysit his nephew, while she was in shower. However, after five minutes, she heard cries of the child and the distress calls of her brother.
After rushing out, she discovered her son in a running washing machine filled in water.
In a statement to local media, the mother said that the baby fell from a bunk bed to the washing machine. The toddler is still in intensive care unit at the hospital; however, his health state is considered stable.
