This is my daughter Koschei when she was very tiny - she was born about a month and a half premature, but has grown into an extraordinarily lovely young girl that I love so much. I made this as a pinback button design to give family because I have an industrial machine that I can make them on - added a variant of the Beatles because they're a universally loved band and it seemed to fit.
