life and how it changes

in baby •  6 years ago

So quickly we for forget the precious times in our lives, the times we hold dearest in our lives. We are so busy trying to make ends meet, to provide the best we can for our children that it goes by in a flash. How do you really know if it all has been worth the effort. Our world has changed, and I believe that question can be answered with one simple quote or maybe two, Family is forever and love thy neighbor as thy self. With all the sadness, anger and mistrust in this world, keep it simple, hug those who are near, and smile even though you to may have a sad story. Embrace our humanity, forgive, understand, open your arms to all......be at peaceIMG_0905.JPG

lovely and cute baby thanks for sharing

Thanks for taking a look.

Always appreciated! Always humbled!

Indeed, Peyton reminds us all how to live.

It would be a wonderful thing if we would be able to carry the innocence of a newborn into a greater part of our life.
Kids grow up way too fast these days, many times out of necessity.

It does go by so quickly! I love that sweet little baby face.

Thanks for reply.
She is a Gerber Baby!

She is precious!

I was with you, until the last sentence

Embrace our humanity, forgive, understand, open your arms to all......be at peace

Not in the world we live in - I would have to be crazy to do as you suggest, when they (from the UN to our local politicians) are planning my death and that of my family. They do so openly and even publish their intentions, since they are arrogant and think they have won and we cannot stop them.

The first part of your message is important, for in these times we must always keep in mind how important our children, family and friends are and we should do all we can to protect them.

Right on with protecting the ones we love. When the shit hits the fan my plan which has been shared with all of my children has been spelled out.
Just some of the issues of protecting my family that i have in place.

Take a look, it sounds as if you might enjoy

Thanks. I did take a look.

If I may add a suggestion (small list of cheap things that could give you bargaining power:

salt - if you can, buy a30kg bag and separate into 4 x 5kg and the rest, vacuum packed in 100 or 200 gr packs. It is cheap, but historically, salt has been good as gold.

Have kilos of lentils, dried split peas. Get kilos of barley (real barley, not that peraled rubbish. Mine, I eat, but also toss a few now and then into a pot, just for the pleasure of seeing it grow. Mine is from India, which mens, non-gmo

Keep a stock of scissors and threads. Can you find an old sewing machine (not electrical?)

I hope you do not need to rely on your stocks, but it must be a great comfort knowing you have done what you can for your family, instead of burying your head in the sand. The only problem left, is the gangs who will look to surviving by attacking families like yours. Perhaps you should make a self-protection agreement with your neighbours, but also create caches of food and stock , do not keep in one store

That is my one cents' worth :)

Some great ideas. Salt, lentils, and barley will all be added to our stock pile.
Food for Patriots with what I have personally grown and stored males up my cache. The region I live in is quite remote and additional food does and can be added to supply by hunting.
As more and more wealth is hoarded by those already with enough to last several generations, and the financial divide continues too get wider, revolution is in our future.

Thanks for your feedback

Always appreciated.

Howdy sir bigsweed! love the message and couldn't agree more, and with the stuff thrown in about your comment to arthur. That's a wonderful picture lol.

Tanks #janton, it sounds like arthur is ready for the s--t to hit the fan.
artur had some great suggestions, have some of they already covered, like placing stored food in different locations.
Like his suggestions with salt and collectively having a plan for protection with your neighbors. Not many neighbors in this neck of the woods, but with my best friend living across the street, my wife's cousin up the road, and Buck, a friend around the corner, we are locked and loaded.

howdy this fine Wednesday sir bigsweed! Yes sir, it all sounds very good and one of the reasons you moved out there was in case of a collapse of civilization scenario? How far are you from a big city or good sized city? We're only 35 miles from Dallas so it's not far enough but not too bad I guess, our place is hard to find down off a dead end street with no traffic.
